Refund policy

Short version: if you don't love your CV, we refund you. Full stop.

The details

• Email support@cvfix.app within 7 days of purchase.
• Subject line: "Refund" — no need to explain why, though feedback is welcome.
• Refund processed within 2 business days, back to the original payment method.
• You keep any files you already downloaded. We don't claw them back.

Why we're generous

Asking for a refund means we failed you. That's on us, not you. We'd rather lose $19 than keep money from someone who didn't get value.

We read every refund email. If you tell us what went wrong, we fix it for the next person.

What we don't do

• Auto-renewals. You paid $19 once. There is no next charge.
• Chargeback fights. If you initiate one through your bank, we won't contest it — but email us first, it's faster.
• Refund forms with 20 fields. Just email us.
